Head of Sales & Marketing

Zurich, Switzerland / Remote

The Role

As the Head of Sales & Marketing at xLiquid you will be responsible for leading and implementing the company's sales and marketing strategy. This includes identifying target markets and developing marketing campaigns to reach those markets, as well as managing the sales team and establishing relationships with key clients and partners.

Your Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a sales and marketing plan to achieve company revenue and growth targets

  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them

  • Managing the sales team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing training and development

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners

  • Analyzing market trends and conducting market research to inform the sales and marketing strategy

  • Collaborating with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for the sales and marketing efforts

  • Providing regular reports on sales and marketing metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs

  • Developing and managing a budget for sales and marketing activities.
